Trademarks

The marks The Marcus Aurelius Institute™ and Work Smarter Live Better Companion™ are trademarks of Keith David Whalen. The Institute crest (the laurel wreath within a Greek key border) and the motto "Semper deinceps. Perseverantia triumphat." are also claimed as marks. They may not be used, imitated or incorporated into any name, logo, domain or material without prior written permission.

Our branding and artwork

The crest, wordmark, motto, favicon and the watermark shown behind each page are original works owned by Keith David Whalen. They are not licensed stock artwork, and the watermark and copyright notices must not be removed, cropped or obscured.

This app does not use third-party stock photography or purchased illustration. The only image it displays is the Institute crest described above.

You keep the copyright in the reflections and posts you write. Please only upload or post material you have the right to share.

We investigate all notices and remove infringing material where a claim is substantiated.
